Blog
We receive a lot of questions from participants as well as people on the internet searching for information for themselves or their family members. As we all redefine what aging means, we hope to answer some of these questions over the coming months. Questions about health, nutrition, fitness, and safety as well as information about the services we offer.
We are also partnering with other organizations in the community to help our participants know what services are available to allow them to age in place.
