Senior Activities in Muskegon County

Thanks to funding through Senior Resources of West Michigan from the Muskegon County Senior Millage, we are able to provide various activities throughout Muskegon County. While there is no cost to participants, donations are always accepted. Below is a list of community-wide events, as well as events specific to each of our Lunch & Activity Centers and Partner Locations. Community Activities

Aquatics Exercise Classes – Muskegon Heights Public School Aquatics Center

Monday & Wednesday at 10:20-11:20 AM

Beginning with April, we will be transitioning to an online registration process. To sign up for swim class, you will need to register online each month using the sign up button above to go to the online registration form.

This will be on a first come first serve basis: the first 25 participants to sign up using the online form will be eligible to attend the class the next month (you will receive a confirmation email).

To participate you must be at least 60 years of age and a resident of Muskegon County.
Suggested minimum donation of $2 per class.

Aquatics exercise is great for increasing stability, mobility, muscle strengthening and will help you become healthier.

2 out of 4 difficulty level

FREE for participants aged 60 years and older who live in Muskegon County. Donations accepted.
