HomeAbout AgeWell Services

Providing programs that support health and wellness.

Since 1973, AgeWell Services of West Michigan has been redefining what it means to age well. Originally founded as Nutritional Services for Older Americans with a focus on meal delivery, AgeWell Services has grown into a trusted leader in programs that support older adults.

Today, AgeWell Services is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit serving adults age 60 and older across Oceana, Muskegon and Ottawa counties. We offer a range of programs designed to support independence, promote health and strengthen connections within the community.

Our Mission

AgeWell Services invites you to redefine age. We provide vital connections to keep older adults nourished, active, learning and living independently.

Our Approach

We believe aging should be filled with opportunity, connection and purpose. That’s why our programs are designed to support the whole person addressing physical health, nutrition, social connection and lifelong learning.

From meals and transportation to wellness activities and community dining, every program we offer is focused on helping older adults remain independent while staying engaged in the communities they call home.

Our Impact

What sets AgeWell Services apart is more than the programs provided. It’s the relationships we build. Each meal delivered, ride provided, case investigated or class attended creates a moment of connection, dignity and care.

With the support of a dedicated team, Board of Directors, volunteers and community partners, we’re committed to ensure that older adults have access to the resources they need to thrive at every stage of aging.

Our Impact

Every number tells a story and every story reflects the impact of our work.
