The Wellness Center has various groups and clubs you can participate in. Most of the clubs and groups are free to participate in, but do require you bring your own supplies. The Wellness Center also has various services available free of charge. See below for more information about how you can get involved in our available groups, clubs and services.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Tanglewood Park
Join us once per month for BINGO at Tangelwood Park. 25 cents per card.
Fly Tying & Wood Carving
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Art Room
Bring your fly tying/wood carving supplies and join this group for good conversation and camaraderie.
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Community Room
This technology group will be available for anyone to come and ask questions about anything tech related.
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room
Bring your latest knitting/crocheting project and join this friendly group for good conversation and some camaraderie.
Card Playing Group
Every Monday beginning Oct. 3rd
1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Community Room
Mary will be here to facilitate friendly games of cribbage and euchre.

game, so let us know you’re coming by

Blood Pressure Readings
Take advantage of the opportunity to receive a free blood pressure reading.
Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room.
