The Wellness Center has various groups and clubs you can participate in. Most of the clubs and groups are free to participate in, but do require you bring your own supplies. Book Club

Tech Club
Every Thursday

This technology group will be available for anyone to come and ask questions about anything tech related.
Stitchers Club
Every Wednesday
2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room
Bring your latest knitting/crocheting project and join this friendly group for good conversation and some camaraderie.
Card Playing Group
Every Monday
12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Art Room
Mary will facilitate friendly games of cards – players choice!

Blood Pressure Readings
Take advantage of the opportunity to receive a free blood pressure reading. No appointment needed, just stop by!
