Sub Meal Site Coordinator – Part Time
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the luncheon program which includes outreach, planning, organizing and coordinating meals and activities, working with the board, village and advisory groups, recruiting, leading and supervising volunteers, and overseeing the Home Delivered Meal coordination as needed.

Mission Services Program Assistant – Full Time
The Program Assistant is a shared role between two individuals who are responsible for performing a variety of functions. These duties include customer service to the individuals we serve and their caregivers, telephonic intake; including collection of info to determine a priority score for Meals on Wheels (MOW) services, ensuring accuracy of meal schedules, ensuring holiday meals and emergency meals are planned and scheduled. Entering menu items in the database, entering meal count information, responding to driver calls/messages during Meals On Wheels delivery.
