Meal Site Coordinator (Meals on Wheels)

Job Summary: 

  • The Meal Site Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the luncheon program which includes outreach, planning, organizing and coordinating meals and activities, working with the board, village and advisory groups, recruiting, leading and supervising volunteers, and overseeing the Home Delivered Meal coordination as needed.

Cafe Specialist - Part Time

Job Summary: 

  • The Café Specialist is responsible for efficiently expediting orders in a timely manner and with exceptional attention to detail. Must have exceptional customer skills and be able to problem solve quickly. The ideal candidate is responsible for determining work procedures and able to organize tasks accordingly. The Café Specialist position is part time and schedules will vary based on the demand. Employees must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00AM and 3:00PM. Hours and Days will vary.

Food Service Team Member (Meals on Wheels)

Job Summary: 

  • With a variety of positions both entry level and skilled, AgeWell is always looking for new team members who are energetic, work well in team settings, are highly motivated and looking to make a difference.
  • All positions are part time and schedules will vary based on the position. Employees must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30AM and 3:00PM. When Cafe is running at full capacity may be asked to work Tuesday and Thursday evening's until 7 pm.

Meal Transporter (Meals on Wheels)

Job Summary: 

  • The Meal Transporter position is responsible for correct and timely loading and delivery of congregate and home delivered meals and supplies from the kitchen to various sites for our Meals on Wheels program. The Meal Transporter will use an AgeWell Services van for delivering the meals. On occasion if the van is unavailable due to maintenance, the use of your own vehicle may be necessary and mileage reimbursement will be paid when using your own vehicle. The route consists of 3 congregate sites and 1 Home Delivery Meal (HDM) drop off site. It is an easy route to run. Occasionally a HDM pick up will be needed. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am but may vary slightly. This route is from our Tanglewood Park location. Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off. $9.70 per hour.

Stock & Receiving/Kitchen Float

Job Summary: 

This employee is primarily responsible for properly stocking and receiving AgeWell food and supplies.

Proper cleaning and storage of all items used in the production of meals. This includes maintaining orderly environment, assisting staff with items and routine cleaning and maintenance in the mornings of operations.

This employee is also responsible for cleaning the interiors of the Senior Transportation vehicles each day. Cleaning times will be 7am to 8am and 11:30am to 12:30pm.

The Stock and Receiver/Kitchen Float position is an hourly position and eligible to receive paid time off and holiday pay.
