Adults 50 and older can become a member of our Wellness Center at Tanglewood Park for only $9.00 per month or $100 per year.

Acrylic Painting

In this class you will learn new techniques for washes, water and skies.

Class is held every Tuesday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1-4 p.m.

1-on-1 Tech Support

AgeWell Services now offers 1-on-1 Tech Support: iPad, iPhone, and all things Apple! Learn how to download apps, syncronize your devices and use your Apple device to its fullest potential. Hearing and Balance

Hearing and Balance - How are they related? We are thrilled to welcome Peggy Sass-Simon, MA, CCC-A from the Hearing Wellness Center for our frist "lunch and learn" event! In this seminar you will learn how hearing and balance are related and how it may be affecting you!

AgeWell Services offers individualized nutrition counseling for a variety of conditions and lifestyle changes including:

Boot Camp Circuit & Cardio

Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! Francine will challenge you every class. The goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. This class is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. The drums will help with stress and move with the music. 

Drums Alive Combo

In this class you will enjoy drums, cardio, and hand weights to help keep your strong. It is three classes in one: Silver Fun & Fit, Zumba Gold, and Drums. *This class is endorsed by Silver and Fit.

Dumbbells & Weights (D&W)

In this class you will challenge both muscular strength and muscular endurance by incorporating dumbbells (hand weights) and weights (with a bar) designed to work the major muscle groups. The instructor will continuously show you proper body form and technique.

Early Bird Stretch with Ball

In this class you will revitalize your body by stretching all your major muscle groups. This class will help keep your back healthy with some stretches on the stability ball. This class gets on the floor, but you may stay seated in a chair. *30 minute class.

Friday Fun Cardio

In this non-stop 50 minute class you will enjoy low and high intensity FUN aerobics with a cool down at the end.

Hatha Yoga 2

In this class you will work on relaxation, strength, balance and flexibility techniques with emphasis on proper body alignment and improved breathing. You should have prior yoga experience or comfortable standing, sitting and getting up and down from the floor.

Hatha Yoga 3

In this class you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, while learning additional poses and stretches.

Hot Dog: Leg Weights

This 30 minute class takes weights that wrap around your ankle (Hot Dog weights), and builds muscle in the legs and hips. Classes start with light weights and progress to weights up to 10 pounds.

Line Dancing - Advanced

For the crowd who has done more than a year of line dancing and like it faster with 'new moves.' Get your heart rate to a target and get fit.

Line Dancing - Intermediate

In this class you will have moderate movements to keep your heart healthy and burn calories.

Seated Hatha Yoga 1

In this class you will be guided through a safe and gentle series of exercises to improve relaxation, flexibility, strength, range of motion, mental focus and breathing. Modifications for those with special needs will be offered. This entire class is done in a chair and there is no floor work.

Seated Stretch & Balance

In this class you will learn easy-tofollow moves to create an enjoyable cardiovascular workout and mind to improve coordination, balance and memory. 

Seated Zumba Toning

Zumba class from your chair. Burn calories and exercise muscles using toning sticks. Enjoy exercise done to Latin music.

Senior Shape Up

In this 45 minute class you will work on strengthening your muscles and enjoy some aerobic walking and dancing.

Silver FUN and Fit

In this class you will enjoy a variety of fun, low impact aerobics, light weights, tubes, and Zumba.

Sit ‘N Fit

In this class you will start with stretching, continue with three cardio songs for fun and end with some light weights and standing balance exercises. This is a seated class working all the muscle groups and keeping your body mobile. This class is great for people with walkers, canes, wheelchairs or the fear of falling.

Stretch ‘N More

In this class you will learn a combination of health tips (arthritis and other), relaxation techniques and a majority of stretching exercises. You will work at your own pace to increase flexibility and reduce levels of pain and stiffness. This class can be done sitting in a chair or standing. *This class is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.

Zumba Gold

This class combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moved to create an enjoyable cardiovascular workout. No dance skills needed.

Zumba!

This class combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create an enjoyable cardiovascular workout. This class burns about 800 calories per hour while engaging the core, upper and lower body. (Music is loud!)
