In this class you will learn new techniques for washes, water and skies.
Class is held every Tuesday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1-4 p.m.
In this class you will work with charcoal, pastels, portraits and animals or pet portraits.
In this class you will work on your own paintings and you will learn composition.
In this class you will learn perceptive, shapes, shading, values, landscape drawing and more.
In this class you will learn perspective drawing, value and color mixing. You will also learn how to use brushes and different paper. This class will prepare you for the advanced watercolor class.
In this class you will learn the 'wet-on-wet' technique to paint with oils. You will paint mountains and beautiful sunsets. This is a fun and easy way to experience the joy of painting.
Class is held every Thursday from 4-7 p.m.

In this class you will learn health tips, relaxation techniques, stretching, weight training, and balance exercises. You will be able to work at your own pace to increase flexibility and reduce levels of pain and stiffness. It can be done sitting and standing.
In this class you will improve your gait and stability through class discussion, stretching and walking.
In this class you will work on your balance and strength. This class is $1 per class and taught by our Wellness Intern.
This class is a circuit, we will be doing Kickboxing steps, ab work, drums alive, and working with weights and bars.
In this non-stop 40 minute class you will enjoy low and high intensity FUN aerobics with a cool down at the end.
In this non-stop class you will use enjoy cardio, weights for shoulders, abs and hoops with a cool down at the end.
In this class you will enjoy drums, cardio, and hand weights to help keep your strong. It is three classes in one: Silver Fun & Fit, Zumba Gold, and Drums. *This class is endorsed by Silver and Fit.
In this class you will challenge both muscular strength and muscular endurance by incorporating dumbbells (hand weights) and weights (with a bar) designed to work the major muscle groups. The instructor will continuously show you proper body form and technique.
In this class you will revitalize your body by stretching all your major muscle groups. This class will help keep your back healthy with some stretches on the stability ball. This class gets on the floor, but you may stay seated in a chair. *30 minute class.
In this class you will work on relaxation, strength, balance and flexibility techniques with emphasis on proper body alignment and improved breathing. You should have prior yoga experience or comfortable standing, sitting and getting up and down from the floor.
In this class you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, while learning additional poses and stretches.
In this class you will use light hand wights at all times (optional) while wearing a Pedometer and recording each week on how many steps you can get in 25 minutes while going cardio moves. Go at your own pace.
This 30 minute class takes weights that wrap around your ankle (Hot Dog weights), and builds muscle in the legs and hips. Classes start with light weights and progress to weights up to 10 pounds.
In this class you will learn the history and basics of Tai Chi. The practice of Tai Chi helps you strengthen the muscles that support your joints to help reduce pain and stiffness. You may use a chair if needed.

For teh crowd who has done more than a year of line dancing and liek ti faster with 'new moves.' Get your heart rate to a target and get fit.
In this class you will be guided through a safe and gentle series of exercises to improve relaxation, flexibility, strength, range of motion, mental focus and breathing. Modifications for those with special needs will be offered. This entire class is done in a chair and there is no floor work.
Zumba class from your chair. Burn calories and exercise muscles using toning sticks. Enjoy exercise done to Latin music.
This class combines Latin rythms with easy-tofollow moves to create an enjoyable cardiovascular workout and mind to improve coordination, balance and memory. No dance skills needed. Work out your entire body.
In this 45 minute class you will work on strengthening your muscles and enjoy some aerobic walking and dancing.
In this class you will enjoy a variety of fun, low impact aerobics, light weights, tubes, and Zumba.
In this class you will start with stretching, continue with three cardio songs for fun and end with some light weights and standing balance exercises. This is a seated class working all the muscle groups and keeping your body mobile. This class is great for people with walkers, canes, wheelchairs or the fear of falling.
In this class you will learn a combination of health tips (arthritis and other), relaxation techniques and a majority of stretching exercises. You will work at your own pace to increase flexibility and reduce levels of pain and stiffness. This class can be done sitting in a chair or standing. *This class is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.
This class combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moved to create an enjoyable cardiovascular workout. No dance skills needed.
